By Terry Sheer-Expert in Honey Biege (09)

When it comes to Summer skin, I am all about the lightest tint of colour. Gone are the wintery days of full coverage, and in comes the dewy glow with just a hint of colour. This By Terry Sheer Expert foundation is the perfect long-lasting tonic for Summer-ready skin. It literally lasts all night. Now, I never ever sleep in makeup but I recently had to make a once-in-a-lifetime exception and this baby didn't budge… i woke up feeling like a 'natural' Kardashian, or dare I say it… Beyonce. Cough *flawless* cough. (Sorry).

COMING SOON| Benefit Gimmie Brow

Gimmie Brow in Medium/Dark

The Applicator

Gimmie Brow is a brush on fibre gel, which clings to hair and gives you volume and shape to your brows, in a really natural yet full way. This is the Medium/Dark shade, but for you fair-haired lovelies, there is a lighter shade too. The brush is tapered, so brilliant for blending, and the tip is designed for shaping perfection,*love*.

I was lucky enough to be given this by my sister when she returned from the US, because I simply could not wait to try it, (I'm a slight brow obsessive…), but it should be available in the UK around March this year.

Below are the results. Literally this works better than any gel or powder I have ever tried, for strong, controlled and instant brow perfection!

Before - Natural Brows

Left Brow with Gimmie Brow, Right is natural

Brows with Gimmie Brow

As you can see, this product works really well and I'm sure it will be a massive hit when it launches in the UK. Groomed, thick and Cara-esque, the perfect set (of brows…obv). GIMMIE (literally the name is no lie).

Get ready to rock the Power Brow,

Lots of Love,

Benefit *NEW* The POREfessional Agent Zero Shine

This tasty new offering is inspired by Benefit's bestselling primer 'POREfessional', (a personal favourite of mine), and is a mini mattifying kit, petite enough to carry round, for perfection on the go.

Cute Packaging as Per

The Full Monty

The product is really simple to use, you twist open the top, shake a little powder into the lid, swirl around with the mini kabuki brush and voila… matte o'clock.

I absolutely love this! It's perfect for touching up oilier areas of skin, and its light enough to pop in your bag for little touchups throughout the day. Plus, no smashed powder crumbs sprinkled in your bag. Bonus.

To prove how well it works, here is a cheeky before and after. It's like photoshop… in real life. Love.

Slight shine from tinted moisturiser

A brush or two of this = matte perfection

Both were taken with the flash on, which just shows how incredibly it works. It's not cakey or thick either… and I will stop gushing like a school girl now, and let the product do the talking. If you weren't sure before, it's a total winner.

Operation Zero Shine is a total success,

Lots of love,

Benefit's Rockateur

Benefit Rockateur

Christmas is round the corner and what better way to party-ready your face, than a sweep of this sumptuous Rose Gold powder to give you that fabulous festive flush.

The Highlighting Blush Itself

Filled with peachy, pinky golden hues; this box o'powder is luxury in a box. Apply after bronzer, with one swift sweep up your cheekbones, to give you that subtle, sexy glow that we all lust after. I absolutely love, love this blush/highlighter. It seems subtle on my wrist swatch (below), but on the cheekbones, it perfectly catches the light and shimmers without sparkling or being too 'glittery'.

Wrist Swatch

This is the perfect tool for gorgeous holiday skin, or a cheeky stocking filler. I definitely recommend grabbing one of these… go on, it's Christmas!

M.A.C Eyeshadow in Cranberry

Cranberry Shadow

The Colour

On the Skin

I love this shade! It is so Autuminal and gorgeous, I love to mix it with a brown to create an alternative to a black smokey eye. It's also going to be so so perfect for the festive season, I can't wait to get into the spirit of things with this super hot shade.

The above shade on the skin, is applied over shadow primer, and really demonstrates the impressive pigmentation, and labyrinth of colour within. It is super flattering on Brown and Green eyes, (but you could definitely work it into a Blue eyed look...).

If you would like to see it on the eye, or want to request any looks, I would be more than happy to oblige!

Lots of Love,

RiRi for M.A.C Fall '13

RiRi for MAC Fall '13

I was a huge fan of the RiRi for M.A.C collection prior to this, so I couldn't resist picking up a few bits (mainly because of the AMAZING packaging). I decided on another RiRi Woo, (I adore this retro matte shade, a favourite from her first collection), Who's that Chick Lipstick and RiRi Woo Lip Liner.

RiRi Woo Lip Liner

Woo for the Win, a Liner of Gods

I adore this liner, it is so creamy and easy to apply, as well as being the perfect blue red shade of RiRi Woo, which is extremely wearable and very flattering.

The above looks demonstrate the easiness of application, making sure that your lipstick not only doesn't bleed and lasts longer, but that it looks flawless too.

Close Up - On the Lip

As you can see, the combo of the RiRi Woo liner and lipstick, create a flawless beautiful, blue-red lip. Perfect for chilly Autumn days and Fiery Christmas nights.

Who's that Chick is a frosty Orange. It just sizzles and shimmers in a flattering red-orange, which compliments a tan and darker skin tones beautifully. For a really dramatic look, you can actually do as Rihanna herself and line your lips with RiRi Woo before application, for a modern and bold lip. Gorgeous.

The above application is a pretty light one, and with no liner. If you would like to see it heavily applied or as I said above, with the RiRi Woo liner, just pop me a comment and i'll be happy to oblige.

This Autumn (Fall for you American Types...) collection by Rihanna for MAC, is yet another stand out triumph. I don't think this will be the last you hear of this pairing either, so watch this space.

Lots of Love,

Baby Lips

Maybelline Baby Lips in Hydrate and Pink Punch

Baby Lips were a huge deal when they crossed seas recently and landed on British soil, fresh from the USA. These nourishing lip balms add a pop of colour, care and altogether gorgeousness to your pout, and so worth the wait.

The two colours I decided to try, were the au natural 'Hydrate' which is clear, and pretty much scent free, but is super hydrating and with an SPF of 20, it's perfect for Autumn/Winter chill and Sun. The other, 'Pink Punch' is a super svelte pop of pink, which adds that coveted moisture and a super cute pink lip, which is a lovely balance between sheer and opaque.

I absolutely love, love...LOVE these! They definitely live up to the hype and I am going to buy the rest of the colours next week! Just an amazing way to love your lips this A/W,

Lots of Lip Love,
