This is a quick post on a super easy and quick, yet healthy and importantly tasty way to start the day.
You just need some fat free Greek yogurt, some dried chopped dates, honey and chia seeds.
You can use any fruit (blueberries, raspberries etc), or various nuts and seeds. But this is a great way to give you a sweet boost without any processed sugar. And it tastes amazing!!
I highly recommend getting some Chia Seeds; they're a super food and really easy to throw into a smoothie or ontop of any food, to give you that daily boost.
